42 1/2″x 42 1/2″, 2009.
I had the blocks orphaned from a previous project and I decided I wanted to quilt it with just feathers and curves. Blocks are inspired by Gwen Marston’s method of whacky piecing. Cotton fabric and rayon thread, silk batt, daisy trim, vintage seam tape trim.
Welcome!
I'm an award winning art quilter and garment maker. I also love to teach the art of machine quilting to others and inspire them to do their best work. I blog about art, quilts, garment making and life. Enjoy!
